WPXI – Spyware purchased over the internet allows ANYONE to listen to your conversations even when your phone is turned off.


 

2:00 into the report, CMU Professor Priya Narasimhan demonstrates that even though the phone is turned off, it can still be used to eavesdrop on its user.
